The CYA general membership meeting is held each October. There are over 8000 families that belong to CYA and over 12,000 participants in the various sports that are offered annually. With those numbers, we hope and encourage more of you to take an active role in the administration of the overall program.

Many of our members provide the organization with countless hours of their time in an effort to better the programs that we offer and for those people, we are all grateful. However, CYA has grown to the point where many more people are needed to continue to help provide our community with a youth sports program that prides itself on the commitment of volunteers.

There are currently 11 members on the CYA Board of Directors and the elections for these positions take place at the General Membership Meeting held every October.  If you are interested in running for a board position, please contact the CYA Executive Director at ExecDirector@ChantillyYouth.org.  If you are interested in supporting a CYA Sport as a volunteer, please contact the appropriate sport coordinator found on the "Contact's" list.

2024 General Membership Meeting & BOD Nomination & Election Process Announced

The CYA General Membership Meeting will take place on Tuesday, October 15^th, 2024 at 8PM.  This will be a virtual ZOOM Meeting.  All CYA Members are welcome to attend.  FYI, ZOOM Meeting detail will be posted on our website a day in advance of the meeting.

Each year, the CYA Board Members are elected at the General Membership meeting.  If you would like to run for a position on the CYA Board of Directors, please click the link below and follow the instructions to nominate yourself.  There are 11 members of the CYA Board and this year, 6 positions will be filled.  The deadline to register your nomination is Tuesday, September 24^th at 5pm.  You MUST be registered in the system to be able to run for a position.  Nominations will not be taken in any other format.  The ballot for 2024 will be posted online on Wednesday, September 25, 2024.  Members 18 years & older are eligible to vote; one (1) vote per eligible member.

The CYA Board of Directors is tasked with financial oversight of the corporation and the development of short term and long term strategic planning goals that support our mission.
